We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure the time and date of your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice total. We hold your booking for 24 hours or until your deposit is received. If your deposit is not received within 24 hours, your booking will be cancelled.
Travel fees are applied to your invoice after you have booked.
Final payment is due by 11pm the day before your party for us to attend.
We must be given 72 hours notice to cancel your party in order to issue a refund.
If you must cancel due to sickness we can reschdule to a later date free of charge, or issue your a credit that can be used for 1 year.
If you need the cancel your booking, your deposit can be applied for a booking at a later date.
