ADD Balloon Twisting: 1 hour - $165 + tax ( 15-20 children) 1.5 hours - $210 + tax ( 20-25 children) 2 hours - $265 + tax ( 25-30 children) *please note if there are more children than expected you will invoiced $30 per extra 15 minutes of time.
